What’s your return policy?
Bath accessories new in box (not installed) are returnable within 30 days. All installed products are not returnable.
Are we able to make changes later?
It is possible. Extra shelves are typically an easy addition or adding another towel bar to a bathroom, but somethings depending on the design my be a challenge. Just ask, if it can be done we will make it happen. Please keep in mind, all changes may result in additional costs.

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.
Warranty
We utilize manufacturers warranties for the product finish and quality. So if you have an issue, contact us. We can reach out to the manufacturer for you for most products. If there is an installation issue, we will be happy to look at it and see what options are available.
Do you have to pay upfront?
The design portion is free, however once a design or finish is agreed upon, we ask for 50% down. If we have to order the materials to job specific sizes or styles we like money up front for material costs. In these cases, if you cancel, we cannot return the materials and we will not be able to use for other projects, no jobs are ever the same size.....even the same models with the same builders.
Can you design our closet and sell us materials to build it ourselves?
Yes, however it is not suggested to install yourself. We will not be able to guarantee the products if we do not install. For example, if the shelves fall from either weight or from not being level, it will be additional cost for you to have this fixed because it is installation error. Manufacturers will not assist in the cost and we will have to charge to correct. So in short, yes you can buy the materials...at your own risk.
